When will my item ship?
SHIPPING:
Most orders will ship the same day, all orders ship within 24 - 48 hours of payment clearing, Monday - Saturday with exception to National Holidays.
All Shipments are processed and shipped from Darien, WI 53114.
Tracking information will be uploaded and sent to the buyers Paypall email address on file.
For all international orders, please ask for a shipping quote before purchasing the item.
All Duties, Taxes and Custom are the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I pay for my item?
PAYMENT:
PayPal is preferred, but we also accept Credit/Debit Cards and Checks. Please contact us if you plan to use a form of payment other than Paypal.

Can I return an item?
RETURNS:
On most items, we accept returns up to 7 days after you receive your order.
Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply if there was no mistake in the listing or pictures, no restocking fee will be applied if there was a mistake on our part.
When you receive your shipment, please note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. You must notify us within 2 business days of damage from delivery.
Customer responsible for return freight.
